Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

Standard delivery is provided free of charge. JEWELLERY OF LONDON does not cover shipping costs for returns.

You will be provided with an estimated delivery date. Please note that the estimate is not a guaranteed date of arrival; it is automatically calculated based on the expected time required to process your order, produce it, and deliver it to the address you provide.

Delivery time estimates are based on the locations of major cities. Please allow extra time if you live in a more remote area. JEWELLERY OF LONDON does not take responsibility for delayed shipments offshore locations or remote regions where postal services occur only intermittently.

Quicker delivery is available by selecting Express Shipping or Premium Shipping. Note that these options shorten the amount of time spent processing and producing your order, but do not guarantee a specific delivery date. Additionally, if your payment is made via bank transfer and it doesn't go through immediately, the estimated delivery time will be calculated from the day JEWELLERY OF LONDON receives payment. We do not assume responsibility for, or refund shipping charges based on such a delay.

Insured Shipping

Your order will be delivered by UPS. Delivery time may vary depending on your location. You will be notified when the package leaves our facility and will receive a tracking number by email. All our packages are insured during transit. Please accept the package personally; JEWELLERY OF LONDON does not assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If your package is returned to us due to your unavailability, JEWELLERY OF LONDON reserves the right to charge you for re-delivery costs.

If you do not receive a tracking number email, please check your spam/junk folder as well. If you misplace your tracking number or if the delivery status has not changed for several days, contact our customer service support team so they can investigate the matter for you. If there is a problem, JEWELLERY OF LONDON will contact the carrier to resolve the issue with as little inconvenience to you as possible.

Please inspect your parcel before you accept delivery. If your package has been damaged in transit, reject receipt and file a claim with the carrier immediately.

Delivery Address

Each JEWELLERY OF LONDON store is country-specific and cannot deliver to another country.

Deliveries can only be made to physical home or business addresses. Please note that the courier cannot deliver packages to P.O. boxes and such packages cannot be insured. If you want your package delivered to a P.O. box, JEWELLERY OF LONDON cannot accept responsibility for delays, lost packages, or address changes. If your order needs to be delivered to a destination other than the billing address, please make sure your credit card or financing company has that alternate shipping address on file.

For your security, the shipping and billing address information cannot be changed after placing an order. If you will not be available at the specified address at delivery time, please contact our customer support services. We may be able to postpone the shipment.

Delivery outside the Mainland

If your shipping address is offshore or otherwise outside the mainland, it may be subject to customs. JEWELLERY OF LONDON does not take responsibility for additional charges and will not refund taxes or duties incurred on the parcel.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Return:

· Return Period: 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

· Condition: Items must be in original, unworn condition.

· Product Seal: The original product seal must be intact and attached.

· Packaging: All original packaging, certificates, and promotional items must be included.

· Modifications (for Jewellery Collection): The product must not have been resized or modified by any third party.

· Diamonds (for Jewellery Collection): Products including GIA-certified diamonds are not eligible for return.

Refunds:

· Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

· It may take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

· Store Credit Option: For easier product exchanges, you can opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases but is non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.
